A equipa VR46 MotoGP anunciou que tanto Bezzecchi como Marini permanecerão na equipa em 2024

Juntando-se à equipa Moto2™ em 2018, Marini associa os momentos chave da sua carreira desportiva a esta equipa. O seu primeiro pódio aconteceu no GP da Alemanha de 2018; no mesmo ano, terminou em segundo lugar no Campeonato do Mundo da classe intermédia.

Atualmente em sétimo lugar na classificação geral (125 pontos), Marini está entre os pilotos mais consistentes no MotoGP™. Constantemente entre os 10 primeiros, o italiano conquistou um segundo lugar numa corrida de domingo no GP das Américas, além de um terceiro lugar no GP da Argentina Tissot Sprint. O #10 e Marco Bezzecchi preparam-se para a sua terceira época consecutiva juntos a envergar as cores VR46 na classe principal.
