Refund & Cancellation Policy

MotoProWorks graphics products are produced according to customer-selected specifications.

These specifications may include motorcycle brand, model, model year, graphics design, material base, finish, size, color, fitment, cut shape, and any selected personalization such as name, number, flag, logos, color changes or extra requests.

A graphics product does not need to include a name, number, flag or logo to be produced according to customer specifications. If the selected bike model, model year, design, size, material, finish, color or cut shape determines the final printed or cut product, it may be treated as a product made to the customer’s specifications.

Where a product is manufactured according to the customer’s selected specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).

We do not hold stock. All products are individually produced upon request. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the stage of the order.

1. Before Design Work or Production

Orders may be canceled with a full refund if:

  • No design work has been started, and

  • The order has not entered the production preparation stage.

To request cancellation, please submit a request through our Withdrawal / Cancellation Request page as soon as possible.

Submitting a request does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a refund. MotoProWorks will review the order status and confirm the outcome by email.

If approved, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


2. After Design Work (Visual Proof / Mockup)

If a visual proof or mockup has been created, the order may still be canceled before the order enters production.

In this case, a €49 design processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

This fee compensates the design work and internal processing required to prepare the visual proof.

This applies in all cases where a visual proof is produced, including:

  • Orders with customization (name, number, flag, color changes, logos, etc.)

  • Orders without customization where the customer requests a visual proof before production

Even when no modifications are requested, preparing a visual proof requires time and processing by our design team.

 

3. After Production Has Started

Once an order has entered production or production preparation, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Production preparation includes internal steps such as preparing print files, scheduling the order for printing, material preparation, and initiating manufacturing.

From the moment production begins, the product is being manufactured specifically according to the customer’s order and specifications.

For this reason, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) regarding goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.


Returns

Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned or exchanged once design work, production preparation, printing, cutting or production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • graphics kits selected by bike brand, model, model year, design, material base and finish;
  • wheel graphics, rim wraps and rim stripes selected by size, color, material, design or finish;
  • headlight films selected by bike model and tint color, when cut or produced for that order;
  • reprints and Crash Code replacement parts;
  • decals, sticker sheets or printed products produced according to customer-selected specifications.

Some standard resalable products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, if they are not personalized, not printed or cut for a specific order, not adapted to a selected bike model or year, and can be resold as standard stock.

Returned standard resalable products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, in original packaging, and in perfect resalable condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law.

For approved statutory withdrawals, MotoProWorks will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost where required by law. Extra shipping upgrades, such as express delivery, may not be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please submit your claim through our Order Issues page.

Include clear photos and a description of the issue so our team can review it quickly.

Once evaluated, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts or a reprint of the affected graphics.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Withdrawal / Cancellation Request

EU customers can submit a withdrawal or cancellation request through our online Withdrawal / Cancellation Request page.

After the request is submitted, MotoProWorks will send an acknowledgement and review the order status.

Submitting a request does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a refund.

Directive (EU) 2023/2673 introduces an online withdrawal function for distance contracts concluded through an online interface. This function allows customers to submit a withdrawal request electronically, but it does not remove the existing legal exceptions for goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised.

For products manufactured according to customer-selected specifications or clearly personalized, withdrawal or cancellation may not be available once the order has entered design work, mockup preparation, production preparation, printing, cutting or production.

Customer Responsibility Before Production

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before production begins. This includes:

  • selected bike model and year;
  • design choice;
  • material base and finish;
  • size, color or fitment selections;
  • personalization details, including name, number, flag, colors, logos or extra requests.

If a visual proof is provided, customers must carefully review and approve the design before production.

Once the design has been approved and the order enters production preparation or production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

MotoProWorks is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof and approved by the customer.
