What do the order stages mean?

Your order moves through clear production steps:

  • In production – Your order has already been prepared for production and no changes can be made at this point.
  • Printed – Printing is complete. The material must rest 24–48 hours before lamination to ensure proper curing and durability.
  • Cut – The graphics are being precision-cut. After cutting, your kit goes through a final quality check before packing.
  • Shipped – Tracking will be sent by email.
Can I modify my order details?

If you need to correct customization details (name, number, colors), fix incorrect bike model information, or adjust design selections, use the Request a change form below.

Once your order enters production, changes can no longer be made.

Can I add items to my order?

If you realize you ordered the wrong product, contact us immediately. We may be able to modify your order if it hasn't entered production yet.If your order has not shipped yet, it may be possible to add products.

We will update the order and send an invoice for the additional items.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update the address.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation may be possible if design/production has not started yet. Once in production, cancellation is no longer possible.

Can you prioritize my order?

We do not offer production prioritization.

All orders are processed in the order they are received to ensure quality and workflow consistency.
