Important information
Submitting this request does not automatically cancel your order or guarantee a refund. MotoProWorks will review the order status, product type and production stage before confirming the outcome.
MotoProWorks graphics products are produced according to customer-selected specifications. These specifications may include motorcycle brand, model, model year, graphics design, size, colour, material base, finish and cut shape.
A graphics product does not need to include a name, number, flag or logo to be produced according to customer specifications. If the selected bike model, model year, size, design, material, finish, colour or cut shape determines the final printed or cut product, it may be treated as a product made to the customer’s specifications.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This means withdrawal or cancellation may not be available for MotoProWorks graphics products once the order has entered design work, mockup preparation, production preparation, printing, cutting or production.
Directive (EU) 2023/2673 introduces an online withdrawal function for distance contracts concluded through an online interface. This function allows customers to submit a withdrawal request electronically, but it does not remove the existing legal exceptions for goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised.

No. The form submits your withdrawal / cancellation request. Our team will review the order status and confirm the outcome by email.
Why can’t all graphics orders be cancelled?
MotoProWorks graphics are produced according to customer-selected specifications, such as bike model, model year, design, size, material base, finish, and/or color. Once the order has entered design work, mockup preparation, production preparation, printing, cutting or production, cancellation or withdrawal may not be available.
Is my product still made to customer specifications if I did not add a name or number?
Yes, it can be. A graphics product does not need to include a name, number, flag or logo to be produced according to customer specifications. The selected bike model, year, design, size, materials or color may define the final product.
What if my order has not started yet?
If no design work, mockup preparation, production preparation, printing, cutting or production has started, cancellation may be possible. Submit the request and we will confirm the order status by email.
What if my product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please use our Order Issues page instead. Damage, defects and incorrect items are handled separately from withdrawal or cancellation requests.
