KTM dropper Husqvarna Branding for 2025

Husqvarna debuterte i Moto3 i 2014 og konkurrerte i 2015 før de forsvant. Den dukket opp igjen i 2020 og har vært til stede siden. Dette vil imidlertid endre seg i 2025.

Husqvarna vil avslutte ved slutten av 2024-sesongen, noe som betyr at merkevaren vil bli fjernet fra Moto2- og Moto3-maskiner.

Dette er en del av bredere endringer fra eieren, Pierer Mobility Group, som også vil fjerne GasGas-merket fra MotoGP-maskiner etter 2024-sesongen.

Mens GasGas-merkevaren vil forbli i Moto3, vil Husqvarna bli fullstendig trukket tilbake fra alle roadracing-programmer under Pierer Mobility Group.

For det nåværende Intact GP-teamet betyr dette at de må lease KTM-er og sikre individuelle sponsoravtaler fremover.
