When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. Usual shipping time is 3-7 working days. During transit, we have very little control over your shipment. All orders over €199 are eligible for free shipping within Europe, USA and Canada.For other destinations, shipping costs for your order is calculated at checkout when you have entered your address. The available services and rates depend on the receiving address. We strive to offer our products worldwide, regardless of the delivery destination. If your region or country is not available in our checkout, please contact us and we will help you out as best we can.
For customers in Sweden, we offer local pickup free of charge at our headquarters in Gothenburg.Taxes and import duties
Depending on your place of residence, you may be subject to import duties or additional taxes once your order arrives. This mostly applies to countries outside of the European Union. MotoProWorks is not responsible for these charges, and it is your responsibility as a customer to pay any such fees.
If you live in an area outside one of our licensing agreements, you will be notified before checkout that licensed products may not be available for your location. In this case, please contact us directly at support@motoproworks.com and we will help you find an alternative solution.
