Shipping policy

MotoProWorks graphics are produced in Sweden and shipped worldwide.

Below you will find information about production, delivery times, shipping costs, and import duties.


Production Time

All MotoProWorks graphics are made to order.

Production typically takes 4–6 business days before the order is shipped.

If your order includes customizations or a requested visual proof, production will begin once the design has been finalized or approved.

During busy periods or major promotions, production time may be slightly longer.


Delivery Times

Delivery time begins after production is completed and the order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

European Union: 2–5 business days

United States & Canada: 3–6 business days

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 3–6 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, carrier operations, or local conditions.

Express shipping may be available in selected regions.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over €189 to:

• European Union

• United States

• Canada

For other regions, or orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

If your country or region is not available during checkout, please contact us and we will assist you.


Local Pickup (Sweden)

Customers located in Sweden can choose free in-store pickup at our headquarters in Gothenburg.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.


Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

All orders ship from Sweden.

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply once the shipment arrives.


European Union

No customs duties apply within the EU.

Exceptions:
Some regions are outside the EU customs and VAT area and may be subject to import taxes upon delivery. This includes:

  • Canary Islands (Spain)

  • Åland Islands (Finland)

  • Ceuta & Melilla (Spain)

For destinations outside the EU customs area (including the regions listed above), import charges may apply upon delivery.

Typical charges may include:

  • Local tax (e.g. IGIC): ~7% in the Canary Islands

  • Import duty: ~0–6% (based on HS code 3919.90.90 – adhesive vinyl)

  • Courier handling/brokerage fee: typically €10–25 per shipment

All import taxes and fees are handled by the shipping carrier (UPS / DHL) and must be paid by the customer before delivery. These charges are not included in the order or shipping cost

 

United States

Since August 2025, U.S. import regulations apply to all shipments.

Typical charges may include:

  • Import duty: ~5.8% (HTS 3919.90 – adhesive vinyl)

  • MPF – Merchandise Processing Fee: ~0.35% (minimum about $31)

  • Courier customs/brokerage fee: typically $10–25 per shipment

  • State sales tax (if applicable): about 0–10% depending on the state.

Typical total: around 8–20% of the order value.

These import taxes and fees are handled and collected by the courier (UPS/DHL) and are separate from the shipping cost shown at checkout. MotoProWorks does not control or collect these import charges.

Canada

Import charges may apply to shipments to Canada.

Typical charges may include:

  • Sales tax (GST / HST / PST): ~5–15% depending on the province

  • Import duty: typically 0–6.5% (adhesive vinyl – HS 3919.90.90)

  • Courier customs/brokerage fee: typically €10–25 per shipment

Typical total: around 10–20% of the order value.

 

United Kingdom

Orders valued above £135 may be subject to UK import VAT and customs duties.

Carriers may also charge clearance or handling fees.


Switzerland

Swiss import VAT (currently 7.7%) may apply to the order value including shipping.

The delivery company may also charge a customs clearance fee.


Norway

MotoProWorks is registered under the VOEC (VAT on E-Commerce) scheme.

• Norwegian VAT (25%) is applied at checkout.

• Orders up to 3,000 NOK are delivered without additional customs fees.

• Orders above this value may incur additional duties.

Import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.


Refused Import Charges

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes and the package is returned, the order will not be refunded, as the product was produced correctly and specifically for the customer.


Shipping Addresses

Orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

If an incorrect shipping address is entered:

Before shipment: contact us immediately so we can update it.

After shipment: MotoProWorks is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

Orders lost due to incorrect addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.


Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.

If you experience delivery delays or tracking issues after shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number, as they have the most up-to-date information about your shipment.

If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue or you do not receive a response, you may contact our support team and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.
