At MotoProWorks we use only the best quality materials and combine them with world-leading graphic design to give you the best possible results, and our main objective is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase every time you shop with us. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not been processed yet by writing us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’re cancelling the order when the design process has been started or after you received the visual mockup, 25% will be withheld as a design fee.
Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, from any item that has been modified, custom designed and/or personalized.Please note that once your order is placed, you will receive a visual mockup email and once approved your order will print exactly as the information as depicted on that mockup and approved by you. We are not responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order once approved. Once your order is printed no changes can be made.
Non-customized products that can be resold can be refunded if sent back within 30 days but shipping costs are non-refundable. Once you have started to install or use our product, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange it.To return your product, first please send us an email to email@example.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by MotoProWorks. Therefore, we recommend that you return your item by trackable shipping service. The cost of returning items is your responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a damaged/defective or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your MPW ID order number and details of your issues, and we will get it resolved for you as soon as possible.
