FAQ

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over €189 within EU, US and Canada are subject to free shipping. For other parts of the world free shipping tiers are displayed in the checkout.

Custom name, number and/or flag placement?

We offer the option to add your own choice of name, number and/or flag to personalize the graphics even more.Placement is widely based on which model the kit is made for and can therefore be different - however in general we offer 3 placement options:

  • "Front plate only": On the headlight mask or motocross plate. (Keep in mind that some headlights simply don't have enough space for a custom name/number).
  • "Side plates only": Left and right side plate (towards the rear).
  • "All 3 plates": On front plate AND side plates.

We can of course help you place the options elsewhere if you have a specific suggestion in mind. We want you to be happy so all of this is included in the price but more changes than that might require that we go into the "Custom/Semi-Custom graphics" section.

Do I get a visual mockup of my order?

If you customize your kit (for example, add your own name and number) or if you order a non-customized kit but request a visual confirmation, our design team will send you the visual mockup for your approval, so you can always be 100% secure it looks right!
It is important that you respond to your visual confirmation e-mail. Otherwise we cannot proceed with production.

Do you have any discounts?

Signing up for our loyalty program gives a 10% discount when joining. Every purchase gives points to future discounts, up to a sweet 30% knock-off so no matter new or old customer there's always benefits to be had!

How to install the graphics?

In general there are a few key things to keep in mind when you're applying graphics.
Mount in a dry and warm room, preferably indoors and at room temperature.
Always properly clean the surface before applying. This means not just dust, gravel and dirt but also any and all chemicals, fancy-pantsy polish, after shine or anything else that will basically render the adhesive worthless. Take those things away. Use alcohol if needed.
Secondly, use patience. Most graphic kits are fairly easy to apply but will need to be pre-fitted using excellent pair of eyes or for us mortals, bits of tape. Tape everything in place, get a nice overview of the placement, alignments and fitting. Pay extra attention to parts that need to align up with other parts and make sure margins are equal around the parts.
Remember - you are not wrapping, you are applying pre-cut graphics so always center the parts first so the margins and space looks good around your decal.
Thirdly, applying the graphics by removing the backing paper. Some people rip it off hastily like a band-aid, others peel of a small piece, cut it off and start from there - both ways work, just be patient when applying.
Forth, fifth and onwards: Here it basically comes down to which technique you feel most comfortable with. We recommend a dry-mounting procedure on most graphics and to carefully use heat assistance (in the form of a hair dryer or heat-gun but used carefully) to warm up tricky places and with pressure form over parts like curves, angles and edges. be careful not to overheat though.
Some people prefer wet-mounting but it can be tricky to get the balance of water and soap correct and more importantly, if you do not use a squeegee and get ALL water out from underneath this can and will affect how the graphics stick/adhere.
Lastly though, and something a lot of people skip out on - let the mounted graphics rest. 24 hours is nice before taking out and having a go.

Do you have my specific model?

We're always adding new bikes and models, and even even other vehicles to our gallery and we try our best to keep up with pace and demand. Feel free to get in touch and ask about your specific model if you can't find it, odds are we are working on it, or even better, already have it but it is not yet released!
