Ab 2025 können Fahrer Rennfunknachrichten direkt vom Rennleiter empfangen und so die Sicherheit auf der Strecke erhöhen.

Das System wird sich weiterentwickeln und bis 2026 eine bidirektionale Kommunikation ermöglichen. Für die Zukunft ist ein Team-zu-Fahrer-Funk wie in der Formel 1 geplant.

Fahrer wie Maverick Viñales und Fabio Quartararo haben es bereits getestet und die Sicherheitsvorteile hervorgehoben.
