Die WorldSBK-Saison 2023 geht mit einem außergewöhnlichen Ergebnis für Alvaro zu Ende, der den Weltmeistertitel eroberte.

Es war ein sensationelles Rennen 2, das Alvaro Bautista gewann, der mit Toprak Razgatlioglu kämpfte, um ein atemberaubendes Spektakel zu schaffen.
Unter der Zielflagge wurde der spanische Fahrer Zweiter, nur 32 Tausendstel hinter Toprak, der daraufhin bestraft wurde (Überschreitung der Streckenbegrenzungen in der letzten Kurve).

Für Bautista ist es der 27. Sieg einer Rekordsaison.
