Pre-Order

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with MotoProWorks is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Find Your Product:

  • Browse our categories, such as Supermoto, Motocross Graphics, and Adventure Bikes, or search by your bike's brand, model, and year.
  • Note that many of our products are adaptable to various bike models, even if the displayed mockup shows a different model.

2. Customize Your Order:

  • Click on your chosen product to view details.
  • Choose from available customization options, such as type of base, laminate finish, or custom elements (e.g., names or numbers).

3. Add to Cart and Review Your Order:

  • Once you are happy with your selection, click 'Add to Cart.'
  • Click the cart icon to review your selected items.

4. Checkout and Confirm Your Purchase:

  • Click 'Checkout' and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details.
  • Double-check all details, then submit your order.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to download your order receipt. For any assistance, please reach out to our Customer Support

What is the production and shipping timeline for my order?

Here's an overview of what happens after you place your order:

1. Design Time (for orders with visual proof):

  • Within 2-4 business days from your order date, our design team will work on your custom graphics and email you a visual mockup.
  • You’ll need to review and approve this proof for production to begin. Prompt approval is important to avoid delays.

2. Print Production:

  • Once your design is approved (or immediately for non-visual proof orders), your order enters the pre-production queue.
  • Afterward, it moves to the production process, which includes printing, drying, laminating, and cutting.
  • This process takes approximately 3-4 business days.

3. Shipping:

  • After production, your order is shipped, and you’ll receive tracking details via email.
  • Standard shipping time is 2-5 working days, depending on your location.

Local Pickup:

You can also opt for free local pickup at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Note:
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, both design and production times may take longer.

If you need your order delivered before a specific date, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Be sure to mention your order number so we can assist you promptly.

I can't find my bike model in your catalog. Do you offer more models than those listed?

With so many bike models available, it's impossible to list every single year and model in our catalog.

However, we have an extensive range of templates for most motorcycles from the year 2000 onward. For models older than 2000, feel free to reach out to us via email to check availability.

While we showcase our designs on some models, we can adapt any design to fit the bike model you specify during the order process.

Can I buy Husqvarna, KTM and GasGas Licensed products outside of Europe, USA, and Canada?

Due to licensing restrictions, we can only sell KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas Officially Licensed products to customers in Europe, the USA, and Canada. We are actively working to expand our licensing, but currently, these items are unavailable outside those regions.

However, we offer custom solutions for customers outside these areas. You can replace the official logos with custom names, numbers, quotes, or other graphic elements to create a unique, personalized design for your bike.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use trusted payment providers, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna, to ensure all transactions are encrypted and secure. Your credit card details are encrypted during transmission and are not stored after the transaction is completed.

What payment options do you offer?

We provide a variety of safe and secure payment gateways to meet your preferences. You can make payments using the following methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard and Visa.
  • Online Payment Services: We support popular online payment gateways like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Klarna: You can also use Klarna for a more flexible payment option, allowing you to pay later or in installments.

Additionally, Klarna offers financed payment plans in Germany, Sweden, Norway, and other select countries. Be sure to check with Klarna or contact our customer support team for more details on financing availability in your region.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact customer support immediately. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order is processed. A full refund is available if no work has begun on your order.

Customization

Will I get a visual proof (mockup) of my order?

Yes, if you customize your kit or request visual confirmation, our design team will send you a mockup for approval. You’ll have the option to either approve or reject the mockup. If you want to make changes, you can reject the proof and use the provided text field to specify the adjustments. Our design team will revise the design and send a new mockup for approval.

Please note that requesting changes may add 2-3 business days to the design process. Respond promptly to avoid further delays, and check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email.

What is the placement for custom names, numbers, and/or flags on my graphics kit?

You can personalize your graphics with a custom name, number, or flag. Placement options may vary depending on your bike model, but we typically offer the following:

  • Front Plate Only:
    On the headlight mask or motocross front plate. Note that some headlight designs may not have enough space for this option.
  • Side Plates Only:
    On the left and right side plates, usually near the rear of the bike.
  • All 3 Plates:
    Applied to the front plate and both side plates for full personalization.

If you have a specific placement request, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. This standard customization is included in the price of your kit. However, more extensive or complex changes may require an extra design fee.

Can I add my personal/custom logo to the graphics?

Yes! You can add your personal logo. Here's how:

  1. Mention your request in the "Additional Comments" section when selecting your graphic options.
  2. After placing your order, email your logo to order@motoproworks.com, along with your order number and any specific placement instructions.
  3. The logo must be in PDF or Adobe Illustrator format. We do not accept JPEG, JPG, GIF, or BMP files.

Our team will work with you to include your logo in the final design.

Can graphics be adjusted for motorbikes with modified parts or plastics?

Yes, if your bike has been modified with different parts (e.g., an enduro model that has a supermoto front fender), please mention this in the "Additional comments" section in the graphic kit options. This ensures we can adjust the graphics to fit your specific setup.

We have templates for most bike parts and models, so it’s usually not an issue. f there are any issues, we will contact you directly to your email.

Note: For now, we do not sell plastic parts—our focus is on high-quality graphics and decals. For plastic components, please consult your local dealer or online suppliers.

Can you add logos like Red Bull, GoPro or Monster Energy to my graphics?

No, we cannot use trademarked logos like Red Bull, GoPro, Rockstar or Monster Energy unless you are an officially sponsored rider or part of an authorized team. If this applies to you, your manager can contact us with the necessary documentation.

Please note that certain placement and usage restrictions may apply to other logos to ensure compliance with industry guidelines.

Do you create fully custom graphics kits?

Yes, we offer fully custom graphics kits designed to transform your motorbike with stunning visuals and premium quality graphics.

Note: Production time for fully custom kits depends on design complexity and prompt communication. If there are delays in replying to our design or production notes, production may be paused until confirmation is received.

Will my custom design be exclusive to me?

Custom designs created by MotoProWorks remain our intellectual property, which means that we hold the exclusive rights to utilize, replicate, distribute, and modify these designs in any form. This includes the ability to offer them to other customers or as inspiration for future designs.

However, when ordering a fully custom kit, you have the option to select "Unique." Choosing this option ensures that your kit is exclusive to you and won’t be made available to others. If exclusivity is important to you, please select this option when customizing your kit or discuss it with us before the design process begins.

Shipping & Returns

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email. The code may vary depending on the courier used.

To ensure smooth delivery updates, please make sure your contact information is accurate. If you haven't received your tracking code or need assistance with tracking, feel free to reach out to our support team.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over €189 to the EU, USA, and Canada. For other destinations or orders under this amount, shipping rates are provided below and also calculated at checkout. If your region is not listed, contact us for assistance.

Note: Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. Delays due to customs or shipping carriers may extend delivery times.

What is MotoProWorks' cancellation and refund policy?

All of our graphics kits are made on demand and custom-built for your vehicle’s model, year, and selected options.

Because each kit is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or an error occurred during production.

You may be able to cancel your order, depending on the production stage:

  • Full refund: If you cancel before production begins or before you receive the visual mockup.
  • 75% refund: If you cancel after production has started (but before printing), or after receiving your mockup, a 75% refund will apply. This covers time, material setup, and design work already completed.
  • No Refund: Once your order has been printed, it is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

We do not keep stock, and every kit is printed individually. This means your order is considered a custom product and is not eligible for return under normal circumstances.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to many countries. However, some products are restricted to Europe, the USA, and Canada due to licensing agreements.

If you're unsure whether we ship to your region, feel free to Contact Us, and we’ll be happy to provide the details.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect address. We can update the address before your order is shipped.
  • After shipment: If the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

MotoProWorks does not re-ship, replace, or refund orders lost because of incorrect addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes if I order from Switzerland?

Yes. Since Switzerland is not part of the EU, your order may be subject to import VAT and a handling fee when it arrives.

Swiss customs usually applies:

  • 7.7% Swiss VAT on the total value (including shipping)
  • A customs clearance/handling fee charged by the delivery company (usually CHF 10–20)

There are usually no additional customs duties for graphic kits.

These charges are not included at checkout and are paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes if I order from UK?

UK customers may face import fees due to Brexit regulations for orders over £135. Check this link for details.

International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, and customs fees, payable by the recipient outside EU.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes if I order from Norway?

Orders shipped to Norway are exempt from additional customs taxes under the VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) system.
MotoProWorks, through its parent company Ride All Day, is registered under VOEC, which means:

  • Norwegian VAT (currently 25%) is applied at checkout.
  • Orders valued at up to 3,000 NOK qualify for VOEC and will be delivered without extra customs fees or delays.
  • For orders exceeding 3,000 NOK, customs duties and additional fees may apply.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

To report the issue:

  1. Contact us via email support@motoproworks.com.
  2. Include your MPW order ID number and details about the issue.

Our team will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Are international orders (outside EU) subject to customs duties and taxes?

Yes, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Please keep in mind:

  • Customs duties and fees vary depending on the country.
  • Packages may be delayed by customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
  • Shipping costs cover postage only and do not include any customs-related charges.

Installation and Reprints

How do I apply graphics?

Installing graphics is straightforward with proper preparation and patience. Most of our graphic kits include a numbered diagram to help you identify and correctly place each piece. Follow these tips for the best results:

1. Prepare the Surface:

  • Work in a dry, warm space (preferably indoors at room temperature).
  • Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, grease, or polish that may weaken the adhesive. Use alcohol if necessary for a spotless finish.

2. Pre-fit the Graphics:

  • Position the graphics on your bike before applying. Use tape to hold them in place and check alignment and spacing.
  • Pay close attention to areas where parts need to match up, ensuring consistent margins around the decals.

3. Apply the Graphics:

  • Slowly peel off the backing paper. You can start by removing a small section or peel gradually as you go.
  • Take your time to avoid wrinkles or air bubbles.
  • For tricky spots (like curves and edges), gently heat the vinyl with a hair dryer or heat gun to help it conform. Be cautious not to overheat.

4. Let It Set

  • Allow the graphics to rest for at least 24 hours to ensure strong adhesion before riding.

Dry vs. Wet Mounting:

  • We recommend dry-mounting for most installations.
  • If you choose wet-mounting, ensure the water/soap ratio is correct and remove all moisture with a squeegee to prevent adhesion issues.

Should I remove old/OEM graphics before applying new ones?

Yes, it's recommended to remove OEM/old decals before applying new graphics. Leaving old stickers can trap dirt, air, or residue, leading to poor adhesion and bubbles.

However, if your OEM graphics have a lacquer coating, you can apply new graphics over them. Just ensure there is no air trapped underneath during installation to maintain a smooth, secure bond.

Here’s how to remove old decals:

  1. Warm the decals with a blow dryer or heat gun to soften the adhesive.
  2. Peel slowly to avoid tearing.
  3. Clean the surface thoroughly with soap and water to remove any oil or residue.

This will provide a clean and smooth surface for the new decals, ensuring proper adhesion and a flawless finish.

If you encounter difficulties, work gradually and apply heat carefully to avoid surface damage.

Can I apply my graphics if my bike has custom paint?

We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality materials for our graphic kits. These materials are specifically designed for motorbike applications, ensuring durability and ease of use.

While our decals are developed for standard factory paint, custom paint jobs present unique challenges. Custom paintwork often involves a variety of paints and processes that differ significantly from factory standards. This variability can affect how our decals interact with the paint, particularly during removal.

At MotoProWorks, we believe in maintaining open and honest communication with our customers. We want to ensure that you are fully informed before applying our decals to custom paint jobs.

Recommendations for Custom Paint Owners

  1. Consultation: Before applying our decals, consider consulting with the workshop that executed your custom paint job. They can provide insights into the compatibility of our decals with your specific paint type.
  2. Testing: If possible, conduct a small patch test on an inconspicuous area of your motorbike to observe any potential reactions between the decal adhesive and your custom paint.
  3. Professional Assistance: For peace of mind, you might want to seek professional assistance in applying and removing decals, especially if your bike features a complex or delicate custom paint job.
Do you offer replacement graphics for crash damage or mounting issues?

Yes, we offer replacement graphics for decals damaged due to crashes or mounting issues. You can request reprints for individual decals from previous orders. If you need to reprint the full graphics kit, you'll receive a 50% discount off the regular price.

Are your graphics durable and high-quality?

We have after numerous years of riding and usage found our perfect vinyl and laminate with special purpose adhesive and very tough lamination for the best finish in our off-road kits and graphics. Without over exaggerating the final product in terms of quality in print and material is amongst the best you will find. And we're pretty happy with that.

  • Durable Vinyl and Laminate:
    Our kits feature tough vinyl with a purpose-built adhesive designed to handle demanding conditions.
    Glossy, Matte, Gold Glitter, Cosmic Glitter or Traction laminate in extra thick microns to ensure protection from weather, UV and maximum durability
  • Accurate Color Printing:
    We use a 10-color ink system with 98.2% Pantone match, providing vivid, high-resolution results.
    All printing is handled in-house to maintain consistent quality.
  • Precision Cutting:
    Industrial flat bed cutters are used to make precision die-cuts for easy application.

Our focus is on delivering graphics that are built to last and perform in real-world conditions.

Do the graphics fully cover the motorbike parts, and does the base color matter?

Our graphics are designed for easy installation and durability, which means they do not fully wrap around the entire plastic surface. Instead, they are fitted with a slight margin to prevent ripping or peeling during use.

The base color of your bike may slightly influence the final appearance of the graphics. However, this depends largely on personal preference and the design you choose. Many customers achieve stunning results by matching or contrasting their graphics with their bike’s color.

Are rim stripes and rim decals included in full kits?

No, rim stripes and rim decals are sold separately and are not automatically included in full graphics kits. However, you can easily add them when customizing your full kit, with a special bundle price offered during the selection process.

Do you sell plastic parts for bikes?

Not yet, but we're working to offer them soon! Currently, we only sell decal kits and stickers to customize your bike's appearance. For plastic parts, we recommend checking with your local dealers or searching online stores. Stay tuned for updates on future product expansions!
