Alex Rins may be on his way out of Yamaha after another disappointing season, with Jack Miller tipped to replace him. If Miller returns to a factory seat, Luca Marini could move to Pramac Yamaha to join Toprak Razgatlıoğlu.

Honda's hopes of signing Jorge Martin have faded, shifting focus to Johann Zarco as Joan Mir continues to struggle. With contracts expiring in 2025, key decisions loom ahead of the traditional Suzuka 8 Hours board talks.

In Moto2, big changes are coming: Luca Lunetta is expected to debut with Gresini, Deniz Öncü will join Campinoti’s Moto2 team, and Aron Canet could head to WSBK with BMW. Kenan Sofuoğlu is now pushing hard to place Öncü in a top Moto2 seat.

The grid for 2026 is far from settled, and the second half of 2025 could define it all.
