Refund & Cancellation Policy
MotoProWorks graphics products are produced according to customer-selected specifications.
These specifications may include motorcycle brand, model, model year, graphics design, material base, finish, size, color, fitment, cut shape, and selected personalization such as name, number, flag, logos, color changes or extra requests.
A graphics product does not need to include a name, number, flag or logo to be produced according to customer specifications. Where the selected bike model, model year, design, size, material, finish, color or cut shape determines the final printed or cut product, it may be treated as a product made to the customer’s specifications.
Where a product is made to the consumer’s specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
All MotoProWorks products are produced individually upon request. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the product type and the stage of the order.
1. Before Design Work or Production Preparation
An order may be cancelled with a full refund when:
- no design work has started; and
- the order has not entered production preparation.
To request cancellation, access your order through the Withdrawal / Cancellation Request route as soon as possible.
Submitting a request does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a refund. MotoProWorks will review the order status and confirm the outcome by email.
If approved, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. After Design Work or Visual Proof Preparation
If a visual proof or mockup has been created, the order may still be cancelled before it enters production preparation.
In this case, a €49 design processing fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the design work and internal processing required to prepare the visual proof.
This applies when a visual proof is created for:
- orders with custom options, including name, number, flag, color changes, logos or other requests; and
- orders without custom options where a visual proof is requested before production.
3. After Production Preparation Has Started
Once an order has entered production preparation or production, it can no longer be cancelled, modified or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Production preparation may include preparing print files, scheduling the order for printing, material preparation and initiating manufacturing.
At this stage, the product is being produced specifically according to the selections made for the order.
Returns
Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned or exchanged where the statutory withdrawal exception applies.
This may include:
- graphics kits selected by bike brand, model, model year, design, material base and finish;
- wheel graphics, rim wraps and rim stripes selected by size, color, material, design or finish;
- headlight films selected by bike model and tint color when cut or produced for that order;
- reprints and Crash Code replacement parts;
- decals, sticker sheets or other printed products produced according to customer-selected specifications.
Some standard resealable products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are not personalized, not printed or cut for a specific order, not adapted to a selected bike model or year, and can be resold as standard stock.
Eligible returns must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, in original packaging and in perfect resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law.
For approved statutory withdrawals, MotoProWorks will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost where required by law. Additional delivery charges, such as express shipping upgrades, may not be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.
Before sending an eligible return, customers must submit a return request through their customer account. If approved, MotoProWorks will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Items sent without an approved return request or return instructions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
MotoProWorks does not offer direct exchanges for products produced according to customer-selected specifications.
For eligible standard resellable products, a return may be requested within the applicable return period. Once the return is approved and received in resalable condition, a new order can be placed for the preferred product.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please report the issue through our Order Issues page within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve it quickly.
Please include clear photos and a short description of the issue.
After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts or a reprint of the affected graphics.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Withdrawal / Cancellation Request
Customers can submit a return or cancellation request through their MotoProWorks customer account.
To access the relevant order, use the button or link below and sign in with the email address used at checkout.
You can then select the relevant order and submit a return or cancellation request.
Submitting a request does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a refund. MotoProWorks will review the product type and current order stage, then confirm the outcome by email.
For products produced according to customer-selected specifications or clearly personalized, return, withdrawal or cancellation may not be available where the statutory withdrawal exception applies or where the order has already entered production preparation or production.
For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items, please use the Order Issues page instead.
Customer Responsibility Before Production
Customers are responsible for checking that all order details are correct before production begins. This includes:
- selected bike model and year;
- design choice;
- material base and finish;
- size, color or fitment selections; and
- personalization details, including name, number, flag, colors, logos or extra requests.
Where a visual proof is provided, customers must carefully review and approve the design before production.
Once a design has been approved and the order enters production preparation or production, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
MotoProWorks is not responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof and approved by the customer.
