Important information

MotoProWorks graphics products are produced according to customer-selected specifications. These selections may include bike brand, model, model year, design, size, material base, finish, colour and cut shape.

A graphics product does not need to include a name, number, flag or logo to be produced according to customer specifications. Where the selected options determine the final printed or cut product, it may be treated as a product made to the customer’s specifications.

Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for withdrawal, return or cancellation where the statutory withdrawal exception applies or where production preparation or production has already started.

Does submitting a request cancel my order automatically?

Why can’t all graphics orders be cancelled?

Many MotoProWorks products are produced according to the selections made for the order. This can include full graphics kits, wheel graphics, rim wraps, rim stripes, headlight films, decals, sticker sheets and reprints.

A product does not need a name, number, flag or logo to be produced according to customer specifications. Selections such as bike model, model year, design, size, material base, finish, color and cut shape can determine the final printed or cut product.

Once production preparation or production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation, return or refund.

Is my product still made to customer specifications if I did not add a name or number?

Yes, it can be. A graphics product does not need to include a name, number, flag or logo to be produced according to customer specifications. The selected bike model, year, design, size, materials or color may define the final product.

What if my order has not started yet?

Cancellation may still be possible. Before design work or production preparation, an order may be cancelled with a full refund. If a visual proof or mockup has already been prepared, a €49 design processing fee may apply before production preparation begins.

What if my product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect?

Please use our Order Issues page instead. Damage, defects and incorrect items are handled separately from withdrawal or cancellation requests.
