Dani Pedrosa is easily one of the riders who most marked the modern era of MotoGP, he who at the age of 37 hasn't yet ended his career and is a test rider for the official factory structure of KTM in the premier class.

At the age of 37, the spaniard assumes that he still does not have a scheduled date for his retirement as a professional rider and says that as long as he and KTM are satisfied with the collaboration, he intends to continue to carry out his duties, he revealed to SPEEDWEEK.com:

- I don't know, I'm still having fun riding. For me, riding is the most beautiful thing in the world. As long as I'm fast and I can give the proper feedback to the KTM engineers, I'll keep going. This is always on condition that the people at KTM want me and are convinced that I can still be useful. I would like to continue riding for longer, but the priority has to be to continue my performance, stay in shape and keep everything in tune.

Dani will have a wild card at the Spanish GP. Pedrosa’s only previous wild-card was at the 2021 Styrian GP, where he qualified 14th and finished an impressive tenth, having escaped injury in a fiery accident that prompted a restart.
