Order and delivery

If you have opted for a visual confirmation, please regularly check your email inbox (even the spam folder) so you can approve or reject your mockup when it arrives. We work as fast as we can, but when we've sent you a mockup we're waiting for your confirmation before we proceed!

When we've processed your order, you will be notified as soon as it is sent to print production. This step will usually only take 1-3 work days, barring any unforeseen material shortages or machine failures.

When your order is shipped, you will be notified once again via email. This email will have your shipment tracking number, so you can follow your order via the shipping company.

If you're still unsure about your order status, please send us an email and we can provide you with more details.

Please send all information about your order to b2b@motoproworks.com and we'll sort everything out.

We are based in Sweden and your goods will be sent from Gothenburg, Sweden and your order may be subject to additional import taxes and charges based on what your country operates by and cannot be altered from our part.

Application and maintenance

Mounting a full graphic kit takes a bit of patience and work, but the result is all worth it. Some models are more difficult than others, so please make sure to align the decals with the backing paper still on before attempting to apply them. You can check out our mounting tutorial video below for an example of the process.

In general, the most important thing is going slow and making sure the surface is clean before you begin. If you don't feel up to it, most garages or vehicle dealers have experience with mounting decals and can usually help you.

First of all, we hope you're not hurt! Even if you drive safely, we know accidents can still happen. This is the reason we created our Crash Code program.
